Spiral push-pull electromagnet DO13257
Size: The main body size is 32mm in outer diameter and 57mm in length. Working voltage: DC3-48V Stroke: 5-25mm
Depending on the power source used, the electromagnet has the following three types:
1. AC electromagnet: The operating voltage of the AC electromagnet for the valve is generally AC 220V, and the electrical circuit configuration is simple; the AC electromagnet has a large starting force and a short commutation time. However, the commutation impact is large, and the temperature rises during operation. When the valve core is stuck, the electromagnet is easily burned out due to excessive current, and the reliability is poor. The working switching frequency cannot exceed 30 times/min, and the service life is short.
2. DC electromagnet: The DC electromagnet generally uses 24V voltage, so it needs a special DC power supply, it will not burn out because the iron core is stuck, the size is small and the work is reliable, the allowable switching frequency is 120 times/min, and the commutation impact is small. Longer life, but less power than AC electromagnet
3. The shaping electromagnet: The shaping refers to the AC local rectifier type. This type of electromagnet itself has a half-wave rectifier, which can directly use the AC power supply and has the structure and characteristics of the DC electromagnet.
There are two basic types of cylindrical electromagnets, pull and push, to choose from for different purposes.
Pull type: After the power is turned on, the object is pulled to move in one direction, and after the power is turned off, the spring is classified as
Push type: push the object to move in one direction after power-on, and fall back on the spring after power-off.
